Luang Tung High School plans to issue management guidelines to prevent inappropriate sexual conduct

(Kluang, 26th) In order to prevent inappropriate sexual behavior from occurring on campus, the Kluang Chinese High School in Johor is about to release the “Guidelines for the Prevention and Management of Inappropriate Sexual Behavior” to comprehensively strengthen campus safety and the establishment of an environment of trust between teachers and students.

Wang Peirong, chairman of Kluang Chinese Middle School, pointed out that the content of the guide covers preventive education, handling procedures, complaint channels and support resources, hoping to create a safer and more trustworthy learning atmosphere through system construction.

"At present, the school has set up the Academic Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office and the class tutors as channels for reporting sexual harassment complaints, and is considering adding an independent email channel to facilitate students who do not want to complain face to face to report the incident by email."

Wang Peirong made this point when attending the Kluang Chinese High School 2025 Coming of Age Ceremony this morning.

When talking about the challenges facing contemporary youth, Wang Peirong reminded students that in the digital age of rapid information flow, although the Internet provides convenience for communication and learning, it also hides risks and misleading information.

"I hope that students can use the online platform responsibly, speak rationally, comment carefully, not spread rumors, not slander, and not touch the sensitive bottom line of the '3R' issues, namely race, religion and royal issues."
